Lunch/Shop

You can pick up your lunch boxes at the following locations:

• From Sep. 8 (Mon.) to Sep. 11 (Thu.): Tenchikan Lounge on the 1st floor
• On Sep. 12 (Fri.): 2nd floor of Heirakukan (Campus Map)

Please hand your ticket to the staff or show your name tag before taking your lunch box.

Choose one from the following four types of lunch boxes:

• Lunch box 1: Uzumasa (in Japanese: 太秦ロケ弁当) (Allergy info: egg, flour, squid, mackerel, chicken, soybeans, salmon, sesame)
• Lunch box 2: Beef rice (in Japanese: お疲れ様です！牛めしです！) (Allergy info: flour, beef, soybeans)
• Lunch box 3: Saijiki (in Japanese: 菜時記) (Allergy info: egg, flour, mackerel, soybeans, salmon, sesame)
• Lunch box 4: Aoi (in Japanese: 葵) (Allergy info: egg, flour, mackerel, soybeans, salmon, sesame)

They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vegetarian lunch boxes will be prepared for those who indicated so during registration. Your lunch ticket and name tag have a mark indicating that you applied for a vegetarian lunch box.

The eating places that will be open in the KSU campus during the conference are the following:

1. Sukiya (beef bowl restaurant)
2. Ichibariki (ramen restaurant)
3. FamilyMart (convenience store)

Open: 11:00—14:00 (Last call 13:30)

You can buy rice balls, sandwiches, bento boxes, drinks, snacks, etc. They also sell some daily necessities.

There is a lounge in front of the store where you can eat food you have bought or brought with you.
